Yes, we ship to almost all of Europe and beyond.

For professionals, orders are shipped internationally.
We process all orders within 24 hours.
The delivery time depends on each luminaire/brand and the manufacturing process, you will find this information on each product page.
We work mainly with GLS and UPS. And we pay particular attention to ensuring that packages are delivered with care.
We do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. But if you would like to return an order, we would be happy to help. Just send us an e-mail (email@example.com) and we will guide you through the procedure to follow.
The delivery operation depends on each luminaire/brand, here are our two methods:
- we have a warehouse in Paris, from which the products are shipped
- our products are stored directly with the supplier and are shipped from the manufacturer's storage facility
Our premises are located in France.
Our suppliers are based in France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands.
- If you have created an account, you will find the follow-up of your order on the interface of your account in "my orders"
- If you have not created an account, you will receive an email containing the tracking of your order as soon as your order is shipped
To cancel your order, simply send us an email to notify us of this, we will cancel it and refund you as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the order has been dispatched. It will not be possible to cancel the order if it is shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible by sending us the photos of the damage.
Following this, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund of the order.
Yes, all our lights are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years. This only applies to structures.
The warranty does not apply to damage that may be caused by a third party.
It also does not apply to accessories (LEDs, bulbs), nor to installation and connections.

Our luminaires are made from a variety of materials. We strive to choose the best possible quality for each of them.
We mainly use: brass, (stainless) steel, aluminium, copper, glass, wood, ABS, etc.

All lights are CE compliant. A large part of our collection is also certified to all international standards.
Attention ! Not all luminaires are suitable for water features, please check that the luminaire has the minimum protection required depending on its location. Notions of volume are to be respected (I, II and III) in the water features. Please take note of this regulation. Find water-resistant luminaires in the “bathroom” and “outdoor” categories.
If you want another power cable color, a longer power cable length, a specific temperature color, dimmable or any other request not specified in the choice of our products, let us know the request via our contact form or directly by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
