For ecological and logistical reasons, we ship packages directly from the supplier to the customer. Significantly reducing the carbon footprint and avoiding unnecessary logistical maneuvers. The only consequence is on the delivery time, which will be slightly longer.

Yes, all our lights are guaranteed for 2 years. This only applies to structures. The warranty does not apply to damage that may be caused by a third party. It also does not apply to accessories (LEDs, bulbs), nor to installation and connections. For more information, please refer to our sales policies.
Our lights are made of various materials. We strive to choose the best possible quality for each of them. We mainly use: brass, steel (stainless), aluminum, copper, wrought iron, wood, recycled ABS, plated metals (rose gold, yellow gold).

All lights are CE compliant. A large part of our collection is also certified to all international standards.
Attention ! All luminaires are not suitable for water features, please check that the luminaire has the minimum protection required according to its placement. Notions of volume are to be respected (I, II and III) in the water features. Please take note of this regulation.
